Earlier this month, the Health Ministry had announced that NEET (National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test) is mandatory for those who wished to pursue medical courses in foreign universities. Today, the Ministry has reportedly clarified that Indian candidates who want to obtain medical qualifications from abroad on or after May this year will have to mandatorily qualify the NEET.
