Kasim Shaikh, aged 35, committed suicide in Mumbai after he was made to lick spit off his enemy’s shoes. The man was assaulted by four men near a market in Cuffe Parade, Mumbai on Friday night and was made to lick off spit from one of the assailant’s shoes. Unable to bear the humiliation, Kasim Shaikh hanged himself and wrote a suicide note blaming the four men for his decision. According to his note, the four men were identified as Ismail Shaikh (47), Afzal Qureshi (44), Akbar Shaikh (35) and Karia Pavse (35).
