According to reports, the state Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has reportedly issued a warning to a McDonald's outlet in Mumbai over Food Hygiene. Reports say, the warning was issued when the FDA conducted a ‘surprise check’ at the McDonald's outlet in High Street Phoenix at Lower Parel, which has allegedly breached food safety standards.
