An Apple store in Zurich, Switzerland was reportedly evacuated due to smoke from an overheated iPhone battery. Reports say, the incident occurred as the repair worker was removing the battery, which overheated and burned his hand slightly. The smoke was controlled as employees sprinkled quartz sand over the overheated battery. Seven people received medical treatment.
