Siddharth follows Aamir Khan's footsteps

In the recently held Jigarthanda Press Meet, Siddharth said, "Jigarthanda is not a hero's movie. Every character in the movie has a substantial role."
 

When reporters asked Siddharth on why he does that, Siddharth said, "When I worked in Rang De Basanti, Aamir Khan had given the entire climax to me. My character was a little silent throughout the movie, and Aamir thought it would be apt if I spoke the final punch lines.”
 

Aamir Khan had said, “Our movies are not for now. It is for 50 years from now on, when I will not be a star anymore. This is the climax the future generations would want.” And, that’s what Siddharth cares about – delivering Jigarthanda for the next generation.
