Thimiru
is doing good business all over the
state. The movie being a wholesome
entertainer has found acceptance with
the masses. The movie has pushed up
the ratings of Vishal, Shriya Reddy
and Reema Sen. The songs are hits
and the film by all means has turned
out to be a good one for all those
involved, some people let the chance
of involvement slip by and are now
regretting, reportedly.
The role played by Reema Sen was initially
intended to be given to Nayantara.
When director Tarun Gopi approached
Nayantara she is reported to have
quoted a figure of Rs. 75 lakhs.
A
stunned Tarun Gopi ran all the way
to Reema Sen and signed her up for
a much lesser amount. The fact is
that the figure that Nayantara had
quoted had been quite close to the
figure that Tarun Gopi had asked his
producer for filming the first half
of the movie. If her career is to
be sustained, then Nayantara may consider
revising her rates according to directors
or banners. Else she may lose such
good opportunities and will be left
regretting as others celebrate victory.
