Tollywood
seems to be head over heels for Ileana.
Surprisingly, the distributors are ready
to bank on her and the movies that feature
her have a market value.
Her
fame is posing threat to the mere
existence of many actors in the Telugu
industry, for instance Mamta Mohandas.
Recently, Mamta was booked for the
Telugu flick Atta opposite Siddharth.
However, Mamta had no luck to proceed
with the shoots and was shown the
door soon after. The reason? Distributors
felt that casting Ileana opposite
Siddharth would add value to the movie
for the reason that Ileana is the
center of attention these days in
Telugu movies. She was also reportedly
paid a whopping sum for Atta.
Ileana
contends with the dream girl of Telugu
Trisha for the number one spot. She has
tried her luck with KD in Tamil and has
turned down the offers from Ajith and
Surya to be cast in their upcoming projects.
She is eyeing Bollywood as well and it
is also reported that her date book is
full till the end of 2008.
