Charmie,
the girl who made her debut with Simbu’s
Kaadhal Azhivadhillai, had a tough
time staying in the Tamil field. Unable
to get any big offers, she moved to
Hyderabad. There in the Telugu industry,
she made it big and today, she is
a frontline heroine. Now, Dance master-cum-director
Lawrence wants to bring her back in
Tamil in the remake of the Telugu
hit Style. Titled Lakshiyam, the movie
features Charmie in the lead female
role. Charmie wanted to use this opportunity
to make inroads again into Tamil.
Hoping that Simbu still remembered
her, she approached him for an opening.
