When Dharani overshot the budget in making the
Pawan Kalyan starrer, producer A M Ratnam was
sore and did not want any more traffic with
the director. However, the producer had to given
in at the audio-cassette release function of
the movie. How could he stage a function without
the director? So a peace pipe was smoked. There
is another reason as to why the producer gave
in. He wanted to invite Vijay and Trisha to
the event and he knew very well that the two
would not come if Dharani were not there. With
the patching up, the informal ban on hiring
Dharani for Telugu films has been lifted. Now
both the producer and the director are happy.
Also, Dharani has assured Ratnam that Bangaram
would make it big and get back more than he
has invested.
