Srikanth-Meera Jasmine starrer Mercury Pookkal was released yesterday. The fjlm is a gentle romantic tale. Seems like Meera Jasmine is continuing with her Kasturimaan persona and Srikanth has found his lover boy tag once again. The film does have some intimate scenes with the lead pair. Talking about it, Srikanth said: “Meera Jasmine is a national award winning actress. She has awesome talent. I only had one thing in mind. I had to reach her level. We both have acted in Joot a few years ago. We vibed well then and it has rubbed off now as well. Generally, if you don’t give any “Thollai” to actresses other than healthy competition, everything turns out fine. I haven’t given any thollai to her in this film shoot. So, she did her part well. We did quarrel, but that was purely professional.
