Deepavali - unexpectedly high at advance booking

Tomorrow is the release day for Deepavali. So what is it special in Deepavali? It is Jeyam Ravi's release after his hit Something Something. There is lot of expectations the movie Deepavali is generating. If the reports on initial bookings are to go by, then it is the most expected of Jeyam Ravi movies.

Theatres screening the movie say that the bookings are good and they never had such bookings for Jeyam Ravi movies before. It is the sure sign of the growth of the actor.

Deepavali has Bhavana as the heroine after her success in Veyil. Direction by Ezhil has also made people think the movie could be a family entertainer. Ezhil was the director of Vijay starrer Thullatha Manamum Thullum which turned out to be a great hit. And finally Director Lingusamy is making his debut as a producer. Lingusamy is known for his action packed hits Run and Sandaikozhi. So this too has added to the raise in the expectation of the movie. This movie if happens to be a family entertainer could be a relief to most after seeing a series of action packed movies.
