singer Harish Ragavendra was in
news recently following his wife’s
allegations that he physically abused
her and demanded a dowry of Rs.
20 lakhs from her. The court has
issued a warrant against the singer.
Harish Ragavendra was absconding
ever since.
Under these circumstances, Harish
has sought for an anticipatory bail
in the above case against him by
filing a petition in the Chennai
high court yesterday. He has stated
that owing to difference of opinions
he and his wife are not living together
anymore and his wife has moved the
court for a divorce.
