It is now clear that Kandein Kadhalai
will not compete with the likes
of Aadhavan, Peraanmai and Jaganmohini,
all of which are due for release
on Diwali. The film has recently
been awarded a U certificate by
the Censor Board but will be released
on 30th October . This Bharath-Tamanna
starrer, that is based on the Bollywood
smash hit Jab We Met, has been directed
by Kannan.
All the three films – Aadhavan,
Peraanmai and Jaganmohini –
have created a different kind of
expectation among the audience,
as all three belong to different
genres.
Yet another film that will compete
with these movies is the surprise
entry Sa… Boo… Three.
This film has been directed by newbie
Arshad Khan, who had earlier worked
as an assistant in films like Yaavarum
Nalam and Manathodu Mazhaikaalam.
He is also in charge of the story,
screenplay and dialogues. Arshad
has also donned the greasepaint
along with two heroes – the
television star Prajin and Akshay.
Newbie Rishwanth will play an important
role in the film. There are five
heroines who will share the screen
space with these heroes. They are:
Mithuna, who had acted in a few
films, Sara, a model, Ujjaini, a
popular singer, Akoosha from Sri
Lanka and Pinky.
