Cinema Press Club

Cinema Press Club seeks the release of the controversial journalist who had reported about the alleged involvement of many actresses in prostitution. The journalist was arrested under the women harassment act. The club's press release stated that when there is scope for legal action, certain actors and actresses spoke derogatory of cinema press reporters in general in a meeting organized by the Nadigar Sangam on 7.10.09.

Cinema Press Club also voiced its strong dissatisfaction towards the generalized accusations of the Cinema reporters by the tinsel stars.
