With the unprecedented rains in
Andhra Pradesh and the floods in
several districts including Krishna,
Guntur and Mehboob Nagar, the film
industry is affected badly. The
films that were released a few weeks
ago were doing well but the sudden
rains have halted its success at
the box office. One of the affected
films happens to be Ninnu Kalisaka,
which was on its way to become a
super hit. The producers and distributors
are now skeptical of releasing the
films until normalcy is restored.
A couple of films that were due
to be released this week and next
week have now been postponed. With
Diwali round the corner wonder if
the situation would persist.
