Shooting of ace director Mani Ratnam’s
Ravan is slowly picking up momentum
after a temporary lull especially
after the replacement of its cinematographer
and the director’s poor health.
Priya Mani who is said to be donning
an important role in the film has
recently mentioned in an interview
to a magazine that though the film
Ravan immediately brings Aishwarya
Rai’s name to the fore, with
the release of the film, things
would change and she would be the
talk of the town. According to this
national award winner, her role
in the film is crucial for the film
to proceed and the director is satisfied
with her performance till now.
