Sarath Kumar’s daughter Varalakshmi
is all set to produce an English
dance drama titled Mamma Mia under
her home production Hot Shoe Entertainment.
She will choreograph this dance
drama along with western dance director
Geoffrey Warden. Speaking about
Mamma Mia, Varalakshmi said that
is about a relationship between
a mother and daughter and how latter
struggles to find her long lost
dad. The script has been penned
by Mithran.
She said that plans are afoot to
stage the dance drama in Chennai
on July 4th and 5th at the Music
Academy. The dance troupe will also
stage the show in several places
across the country and abroad. Varalakshmi’s
penchant for dance began at the
age of seven and she is expert in
both western and classical dance.
