Shruti comes clean on the MJ concert issue

Looks like Shruti Haasan will not after all participate in the MJ memorial music concert scheduled to be held at the Nehru Stadium on August 29, 2009. She has issued an official communication in this regard slamming earlier reports that cropped up in the media that she will be a part of the concert. She, however, maintained that she was contacted by noted drummer Praveen Mani in this regard.

Shruti has cited personal commitments for not being able to participate in the event.
