Actress Meena entered into wedlock
with Vidyasagar yesterday (July
12, 2009). The marriage took place
in Tirupathi amidst tight security.
Actor-director Cheran, Sanghvi and
a host of film personalities were
present at the venue to bless and
wish the couple.
The only episode that marred the
event was a rift between Meena’s
security personnel and a few of
the photographers waiting to capture
the couple on their cameras. Sources
say a police complaint has been
lodged against Meena’s personal
security for manhandling one of
the photographers.
The wedding reception is scheduled
to be held on July 14, 2009 at the
Mayor Ramanathan Hall, Chennai.
