OPEN
India Charitable Trust and IGNITE trust, are
two non-profit organisations devoted to provide
education for poor children in India. Since
their inception in the year 2003, they have
been supporting schools and students in many
ways:
To support their cause "Educate India;
Empower India", a fund raiser is being
organized. A Bharathanatyam dance ballet in
English, “MAYA RAVAN” by Actress
and Dancer SHOBANA will be held on Sunday Feb
28, 2010 at Music Academy, Chennai at 6 pm.
The Chief Guest of the evening would be Shri
MA. Subramanian, Mayor of Chennai.
Tickets are available at Landmark, Odyssey,
Gangotree and Music Academy (only 26th to 28th
February). All proceeds from the show will be
used to support the charitable activities of
OPEN India Charitable Trust and IGNITE. |
