Rajinikanth explained in the recent function
on why he was not present to invite the Chief
Minister of Tamil Nadu Karunanidhi while his
family members distributed the invitations
for his daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth’s
engagement. It is well known that Rajini will
have a reason for all that he does. And the
actor took the right moment to explain his
absence at a function organized by the Sanga
Thamizh Peravai where the CM was felicitated.
The Superstar said that he will always remain
at a safe distance from the SUN, meaning the
CM, as being too close may burn him and being
far off may be too cold. He added that he
would personally invite the CM for the wedding.
