The
Shah Rukh Khan-Kajol starrer My Name is Khan
has finally been released! Six multiplexes and
four single screen theatres have screened the
film today. However, many theatres refrained
from releasing the film today fearing violence
from the Shiv Sena.
It is important to note that the Shiv Sena has
threatened to disrupt the release of all Shah
Rukh films unless he retracts his statements
about including the Pakistan player in the IPL.
The Maharashtra state home minister RR Patil
was at the INOX today to watch the film. All
the theaters that have screened MNIK have reported
houseful.
