called on the Police Commissioner at the Cyber
Crime cell today requesting action against
publishing the soft version of his collection
of poems, Kirukkalgal online violating copyrights.
He found out that the online version is already
up; published by a website, while attempting
to officially release a soft version of Kirukkalgal.
While talking to the media outside the Commissioner’s
office, Parthiban quoted his guru Bhagyaraj’s
case. Bhagyaraj’s movie Kabadi Kabadi
was released in Kerala without obtaining his
proper permission. This happened since distributors
from the border districts of Nagercoil and
Kanyakumari released it in the theatres in
Kerala without his consent.
