Although
one section of the media speculated that Shankar
and producers Sun network are planning to
make Endhiran 3D, a plan, according to Shankar,
would effectively curb the release of pirated
CDs after the movie’s release, looks
like it might not happen. As it turned out,
plans weren’t made during the commencement
of the movie for 3D and trying to convert
the entire movie now will not have the same
effect. So effectively, the plan is as good
as shelved, we hear.
Endhiran is made on a mammoth budget and stars
Superstar Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai in
the lead. Double Oscar / Grammy winner and
a Shankar regular Rahman scores for the movie.
