The
Naadodigal girl Ananya has bagged a role in
Kandahar. The film is to be directed by Major
Ravi and is based on the Indian flight hijack
to Afghanistan. Kandahar has Mohanlal in the
lead role. Also, the Bollywood icon Amitabh
Bachchan has been signed up to play an important
character. Ananya will be sharing the screen
space with the two legends of the Indian cinema.
Ananya is currently busy shooting for other
films, and will begin work for Kandahar once
her present commitments are over.
