Jackie
Chan fans and kids are in for a Hollywood release
on 11th June 2010 titled “The Karate Kid”.
This is being produced by famous Hollywood actor
Will Smith. He had inspired his son to take
up a small role in his previous film “The
pursuit of Happyness” which was well appreciated.
Now “The Karate Kid” is born from
his own production house which will star his
son Jaden Smith in the prime role with Jackie
Chan playing the Kungfu Master. This story is
revolving around a depressed child at school,
who is inspired by his master to come out of
the dejection. This is bound to inspire the
children around the world. It is being released
on 11th June with subsequent translated versions
in many regional languages including Tamil.
This will sure be a bonanza for the Tamil viewers
especially children. The reputed Sony Pictures
has taken up its release in India.
