The
Chennai International Fashion Week (CIFW) model
auditions took place on April 29th at the Kimaya
Avenue. It was the South Zone audition for the
Fashion Week, which saw over 80 models walk
the ramp to gain a chance to walk the ramp on
an international platform!
Eight international designers and 30 Indian
designers participated in this event to showcase
their talent.
The CIFW Season 2 will take place at the Le
Royal Meridian Hotel in Chennai from 02 –
06 June 2010.
Speaking at the event, Meera Chopra, (Nila)
actress and partner CIFW said, "The model
auditions have been an extremely successful
event. There's been such a display of wonderful
talent here and we will be seeing some of the
best from the lot at CIFW. I'm sure it's going
to be an exciting experience for all the new
models, especially since Chennai International
Fashion week is going to launch them on a global
platform!" |
