Bachchan had done a very risky scene for the
Mani Ratnam directed Raavan, though his wife
and actress Aishwarya Rai and the director requested
him not to. Mani had in fact arranged for a
dupe to jump down from the 90-feet cliff in
Hogenakkal where the climax of Raavan was shot.
But Abhi insisted that he does not require a
dupe as there were several children there doing
it fearlessly.
He finally convinced Ash and Mani that he
would do the scene successfully. Recalling
his experience during the scene, Abhishek
echoed that though he wanted to do the scene,
there was a doubt if he would survive it. |
