The district election officer has reportedly replaced the returning officer for RK Nagar constituency by-election on Saturday. According to reports, the returning officer Padmaja Devi has been replaced by Praveen K Nair. Notably, RK Nagar constituency became vacant after the death of late CM Jayalalithaa and the by-poll is scheduled on April 12.
