Wall Street brokerage firm Bernstein has reportedly revealed that most of the Jio users would not move back to their primary operator after the New Year offer ends. According to reports, the research also showed that Jio topped in aspects like customer service, data coverage, data speeds, etc. compared to the top three telcos of India.
