Maharashtra presents 2017-18 budget

Maharashtra Finance Minister Sudhir Mungantiwar on Saturday presented the budget in the state assembly. This is the third budget of the Devendra Fadnavis government. The highest gainer was the water resources department. Mungantiwar allocated Rs 8,233 crore for the irrigation projects. He also allocated Rs 7,000 crores for improving roads in the state.
