Savita Gulati, the former principal of Mahatma Gandhi Mission Primary and Secondary School in Mumbai reportedly offered Rs. 50 lakh to hush up a sexual assault by a teacher on one of the student. According to reports, he also threatened the parents of "connections in high places". Notably, the case came to the public after CBSE gave show-cause notice to MGM school on Monday.
