The
district judge issued summons to Vijay,
Asin, A.M. Ratnam and Perarasu. When the
case came up for hearing yesterday, it was
presented on behalf of Vijay that he could
not come because he was shooting in Ooty.
Adjournment was sought and the judge granted
the motion and posted the case for December
