It seems like films with titles kalam are
not actually having a good time(kalam).

Remember
the difficulties Balu Mahendra’s Adhu
oru kanakkalam had to face? Well, another
film titled Chennaiyil oru mazhaikkalam
was launched with much fanfare and the film
was also shaping up. But the producer has
been facing severe financial crunch and
is not able to bring in more money. We do
not know when the problems would be sorted
out. He is paying interest in lakhs of rupees
for the expenses so far which have reached
Rs. 2 crores.
