Sushmita
to star in a new film on bar dancers |

The plight of the bar dancers was brought
out movingly in Chameli. Similarly, the
Maharashtra Government’s decision
to ban such performances has added more
injury to their already shattered lives.
Now a new film titled Nakshatra will be
made on the issues faced by these hapless
women. Sushmita Sen is the heroine. |

Singh is the producer. Interestingly, Hari
is the manager of Aishwarya Rai. Asked why
Ash did not star in Nakshatra, he said that
he felt Sushmita would be the right choice
for the role. |
