While

the main protagonist,
Jothika
was
conspicuous by her absence.
Actually, Jo had agreed
to attend. But, she
received an emergency
call from Mumbai that
her mother was ill.
She called up Prabu
and informed that she
would visit her mother
and return to attend
the function. But, her
mother had to be hospitalized
and she did not know
what to do. She called
up Rajinikanth
who advised her that
her mother’s health
was more important and
that she should be close
to her family at this
hour. A relieved Jo
stayed back.
