Ranbir Kapoor will play double role in the film Mera Jahaan. This film will be directed by Vikramjit Singh who has also penned the story and screenplay. The story of Mera Jahaan happens in two different time periods and so Ranbir will appear in two totally different get ups. Further, the actor will be seen sporting many different looks in the film.

Deepika Padukone, Ranbir’s real life love plays his love interest in Mera Jahaan. It is worth mentioning here that Anil Kapoor’s daughter Sonam Kapoor declined to play the lead role because the film had two heroines.
