Director Shankar has never done
this before! Yes, known to offer
opportunities for new talents, the
director-producer has this time
decided to sign up Nandaa for two
of his ventures. Having made his
debut in Mounam Pesiyadhe, Nandaa
now has a couple of offers in his
kitty. He was initially signed up
to star in S Pictures’ Eeram,
which is being directed by Shankar’s
associate Arivazhagan. When director
Naga was scouting for a suitable
face for his Anandha Purathu Veedu,
he decided on Nandaa.
Incidentally, Anandha Purathu Veedu
is produced by the same production
house. Shankar gave the go ahead
for Nandaa when he realized his
hard work and commitment. Nandaa’s
performance in Aaniver, which has
got international acclaim, was also
a deciding factor for his selection.
