Just in: Maestro Ilayaraja suffers an attack

Veteran music composer Ilayaraja was admitted in Apollo Hospitals today (23rd December 2013) following a minor heart attack.

 

Our sources have confirmed that the veteran is out of danger and is doing well now. He might go in for an angioplasty, we hear. Although the final word on whether Ilayaraja will or won’t go through the process will be confirmed after 5 PM today. 

 

We are informed that the veteran will return home after a couple of days’ treatment. We, at Behindwoods pray for the speedy recovery of the genius.
