According to media reports, a Van overturned on Pamban road bridge, leaving at least 15 people injured. The van reportedly had tourists from Tiruppur who were on their way to the Rameshwaram temple. The accident reportedly happened at around 6:00 am on Sunday when the van driver lost control and overturned.
