Vaiko, founder and General Secretary of the Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (MDMK) met DMK supremo M Karunanidhi at the latter's Gopalapuram residence on Monday. Speaking to reporters post the meet, Vaiko said, “Meeting my Guru was very emotional. MDMK will always stand by DMK.” Notably, a few days back Rajinikanth who announced his political foray on December 31, 2017, met the DMK patriarch and sought blessings.
