According to reports in The New Indian Express, Tamil Nadu will be declaring 191 fishermen, who still remain untraceable after cyclone Ockhi, as construed dead. The process to declare them dead has reportedly been completed and the government will be announcing the report. Out of the total 191 fishermen, 139 are from Kanyakumari.
