Reports suggest that police personnel have been deployed in large numbers before the Veda Nilayam house, Jayalalithaa’s residence at Poes Garden. State officials including District Collector and Tahsildar visited the house on Saturday morning. Officials are conducting a study at the house in an attempt to turn it into Jayalalithaa’s memorial, reports suggest.
