A video shows Himachal Pradesh Congress MLA Asha Kumari slapping a woman constable and getting slapped back. Reports say the video was presumably shot on Friday. Congress chief Rahul Gandhi was holding a review meeting when the police were allegedly denying Kumari entry, reports suggested. The video is going viral on social media.
