Congress President Rahul Gandhi came down heavily on Congress MLA Asha Kumari for slapping a woman constable in Shimla. The MLA told that she was heckled by the constable, but added that she should have shown more restraint and issued an apology. Rahul said that such acts weren’t a part of the party’s culture and said that there was no place for intolerance.
