The Regional Meteorological Centre in Chennai has reportedly forecast that parts of Tamil Nadu may receive rain as the monsoon air from the sea is moving in the Eastern and North-Eastern direction. The inner districts of the State, however, may witness dry weather, it added. Further, as for Chennai, the sky will be cloudy, while some parts of the city may receive mild rains, the Centre said.
