The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam has reportedly decided to issue notices to 44 staffers seeking an explanation for 'following' religion other than Hindu, which is against TTD rules. Seers of various mutts and devotees demanded action against those indulging in evangelical activities and practising other religions in and around Tirumala, say reports. However, it is not clear what action would be initiated against them.
