SHOCKING! HUSBAND KILLS WIFE, CHOPS OFF HEAD

In a spine-chilling incident which is taking the city by shock, a man from Tamil Nadu's Erode city chopped off the head of his wife after allegedly killing her. He then stuffed the body into a bag and tried to dump it in a canal, but was nabbed by the public on time.

The man has been identified as Muniappan (28) and Nivetha (19) who were natives of Shimoga in Karnataka and were staying in Mettukaddai, which is 10 km from Erode. They both recently shifted there after their marriage eight months ago. The couple frequently used to quarrel as the husband suspected her of having extra marital affair.

According to NDTV, on Monday night after one such argument, the man stabbed her on the neck and killed her in minutes. He then chopped off her head from the body and stuffed the head in a bag while the body into a gunny sack. The husband then tied the sack to his motorbike and rode off to nearby Perundurai to throw the parts into a canal.

On his way to the canal, some people noticed the woman's legs hanging out of the bag. After them raising an alarm, people ran behind him and nabbed him. Meanwhile, the police was informed and they rushed to the spot.

A case has been registered against him and further investigations are on.
