The Madras High Court on Monday dismissed a petition requesting the court to allow a police probe into former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa's death. The petition was filed by a lawyer named R Krishnamurthy, who alleged the death to be suspicious. The court dismissed the petition saying that an enquiry commission was already in place regarding the issue.
