The Election Commission has reportedly ordered that those who want to organise house to house campaign for the RK Nagar bypoll have to get prior permission from the Commission. Campaigners can visit houses between 9 am and 5 pm with prior permission from the EC, the commission reportedly said. Reports suggest that the EC has been taking severe measures to prevent irregularities in the bypoll.
